Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. territories.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Makeup Is My Life is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Makeup Is My Life is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Makeup Is My Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.
